The first days of harvest 2019 of Olivar de Plata were collected on the night of October 15th from our Casablanca farm and on the night of October 16th from the La Vieja farm. We collected over fourteen thousand kilos of olives in order to elaborate fifteen hundred high quality EVOO, green, intense, fruity, clean, fair enough bitter and spicy, with all the typical aromas of our picual variety.
