Many generations have witnessed the relationship between our family (Almazán-Barrero) and olive growing. With the experience accumulated along those years cultivating the olive groves and thanks to the innovative drive of our father, we have decided to close the circle, packaging our own extra virgin oil to make it available to anyone who wants to taste its delicious flavor.
For several years we have inherited the knowledge in olive farming from our father, now, with those improvements acquired in books and courses on olive engineering, it is us, the sons, who carry out the elaboration and commercialization of Olivar de Plata. Throughout the entire year we take care of every single detail in the olive grove. This fact allows us to choose the plot with the highest quality fruit. Then, once Olivar de Plata has been produced, we, Miguel and Diego, manage the website and the orders, while Francisco and Manuel, who works abroad and studies languages respectively, help us with the promotion.
