Transporting your package

Packages are generally shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of your payment, and transport companies take between 24 and 96 hours to deliver depending on the destination and the carrier chosen. Even so Aceites Alba does not guarantee at any time the delivery in said terms.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping. Your shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage, in which case the product will be replaced at no charge to you.

The value of these expenses depends on the weight, the destination of your order and the chosen carrier. The most convenient thing to know is to register on our website and add the products to the cart, so the store will calculate exactly the price of the freight with the different valid carriers for that shipment.

Return policy

Aceites Alba CB will accept the return of products within 15 days after receipt of the order as long as the security seals on the containers are not open, broken or damaged. The amount to be returned will be 100% of the price of the products but never of the shipping costs, one way or return.
